Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age or older
ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
ability to perform physical duties such as standing for prolonged periods, bending, reaching, lifting up to 51 pounds
willingness to follow Papa John’s uniform and appearance standards
ability to use point of sale systems
compliance with local, state, and federal laws
reliable and punctual
non-exempt hourly position

Job Duties

perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
prepare ingredients
take orders
provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction by phone or in person
act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
work as a team and support other workstations
be punctual for shifts
complete all closing duties including cleaning
comply with uniform and appearance standards
use the FOCUS System accurately
process cash and credit transactions
support sales efforts by suggestive selling to increase check averages
maintain organized, safe and clean work areas
comply with safety and security standards at all times
