Job Duties
- Attend to guest needs and provide friendly, attentive service according to company standards
- Serve food and beverages including the sales and service of alcohol in compliance with state mandates
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, draft beers, wine, and premium liquors
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and venue navigation
- Deliver food to guests efficiently ensuring completeness and quality
- Maintain a positive and engaging environment to enhance the dining and entertainment experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
