Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older for specific duties
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- valid driver’s license, motor vehicle record, proof of insurance and suitable vehicle if cross-trained as delivery driver
- comply with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
- physically capable to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally over 51 pounds
- able to work outdoors in various environmental conditions
- bilingual in certain markets
- non-exempt, hourly position
- provide additional documentation as required by individual states

Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as a team supporting other workstations
- complete all closing and cleaning duties at end of shift
- comply with uniform and appearance standards to enhance company image
- accurately use PROFIT System to process cash, check and credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestive selling to increase order value
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
