Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation food service or related roles within the food industry or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of food safety standards sanitation procedures and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with serving bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant setting
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required
- A positive attitude is essential for team success
Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing cashiering and sales transactions
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service taking orders answering questions and addressing customer needs promptly
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables cleaning workstations and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food handling storage and inventory management to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation plating and basic cooking tasks as needed
- Ensure quick service delivery in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant setting while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
