Job Requirements
- must be 16 or older
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to frequently stand and move during shifts
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- comply with Papa John’s uniform appearance and operations standards
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic cash handling skills
- willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as part of a team and assist coworkers
- be punctual for shifts
- support other workstations during shifts
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork energy and fun
- accurately use the FOCUS system
- process cash and/or credit card transactions
- suggestively sell to increase check average
- maintain organized safe and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
