Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare, cook, and serve food items following safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas and dining spaces
- Assist with buffet setup and replenishment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support catering operations and local store marketing efforts
- Participate in training programs to develop and certify skills
