Job Requirements
- minimum age requirement of 16 years
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods
- adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
- ability to follow instructions and complete training
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a food service environment is beneficial but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic math and reading skills
- food safety knowledge is a plus
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- perform food preparation tasks according to established recipes and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- operate cooking equipment such as grills and fryers
- assist in buffet setup and replenishment
- support catering events and guest experience initiatives
- participate in team training and cross-training programs
