Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Able to work 30+ hours per week
- Available for part-time or full-time shifts
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Willing to participate in an in-person interview process
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or fast-paced restaurant environments preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to Cafe Rio standards
- Support overall kitchen operations including prep and dishwashing
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist management in supervising staff and daily tasks
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
