Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- capable of standing for long periods
- must have legal authorization to work in the united states
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and adaptability
- basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- willingness to learn and take on multiple roles
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to cafe rio standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- assist with food preparation and inventory management
- provide friendly and efficient customer service at the cashier station
- support team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- participate in opening and closing duties as required
