Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to move or lift 25+ pounds
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- willingness to undergo training and follow food safety protocols

- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- prior food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- general customer service duties including, but not limited to, taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs
- balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers
- accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen including sandwich making line, fry station, grill station, or other stations depending on restaurant concept
- use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant to deliver a fresh and safe product
- cross training in other departments such as store cashier, fresh kitchen, facility maintenance, and leadership roles
- ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
- ability to work in various temperatures
