Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Must be able to work as part of a team

Job Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods and bread products
Assist in setting up and maintaining the buffet area
Clear and bus tables, ensuring a clean dining area
Support catering operations by preparing orders and serving guests
Provide excellent guest service and assistance
Cook and grill menu items to order
Handle fry station duties maintaining food quality and safety
Assist in preparing ingredients and maintaining preparation areas
Greet guests and handle cashier transactions
Sweep and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
Participate in cross-training for multiple restaurant positions
Track progress and complete certification in skill positions
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Support local store marketing activities as needed
