Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to learn and participate in training programs
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Preparing food items according to Golden Corral standards
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
  • providing friendly and efficient service to guests
  • assisting with buffet setup and replenishment
  • operating cooking and kitchen equipment safely
  • following health and safety regulations
  • supporting team members in various tasks as needed
