  • able to stand and move throughout the shift

  • able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • willingness to learn and be certified in multiple skill positions
  • basic math and cash handling skills for cashier roles
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare and bake food items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and kitchen areas
  • attend to buffet stations and ensure food availability and presentation
  • assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • perform bussing duties including clearing and resetting tables
  • support catering and special event functions
  • operate grill, fryers, and hot cook stations following safety and food handling procedures
  • manage local store marketing activities when assigned
  • greet customers and manage cashier transactions
  • prepare ingredients and supplies for food preparation
  • participate in cross-training programs and skills development
  • maintain utility and sanitation duties to promote a clean work environment
