Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
must be able to stand for extended periods
capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
legal authorization to work in the country
dependable transportation for commuting

Job Qualifications

prior experience in food service or fast-casual restaurants is a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

prepare and cook menu items according to Cafe Rio recipes
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
assist in dishwashing and cleaning duties
provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
support management with daily operational tasks
participate in team meetings and training sessions
