Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old to host or food run
Must be at least 18 years old to serve or bartend
Food handler certifications required for all positions
TABC certification required to serve or bartend

Job Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to provide friendly and attentive service
Knowledge or willingness to learn state alcohol service laws
Food handler certification
TABC certification for servers and bartenders
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

Attend to guests needs according to company service standards
Sales and service of alcohol following state mandates
Prepare and serve craft cocktails, draft beers, wines, and premium liquors
Greet guests and provide information and assistance
Deliver food to guests in the restaurant and on bowling lanes
Anticipate and address guest needs
Create an engaging and entertaining dining experience
