Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Physical capability to lift and carry moderate weights
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to Golden Corral standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Assist guests with food service and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Participate in team training and skill certification
  • Support buffet setup and replenishment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
