Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
Flexible schedule availability
Reliable transportation to work
Willingness to learn and take on multiple roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment beneficial but not required
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic food safety knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to Golden Corral standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and dining areas
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Assist with buffet setup and restocking
Operate kitchen equipment safely
Cross-train in multiple job functions
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
