Job Requirements
- Minimum age 16 years or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Capable of lifting moderate weights as required
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple skill areas
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake food items according to recipes and standards
- Attend to buffet stations and ensure food presentation and safety
- Clean and bus tables promptly to maintain a pleasant dining environment
- Assist in catering preparation and event support
- Provide excellent customer service and guest experience
- Operate grill, fry, and hot cook stations efficiently
- Support local store marketing efforts and promotional activities
