Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work various shifts including mornings, midday, and evenings
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment serving guests
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to follow instructions and company policies
  • Basic physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple skill positions
  • Basic math and money handling skills for cashier/host roles
  • Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas including dining room and kitchen
  • Assist in setting up buffet stations and ensure continuous replenishment of food items
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Participate in FastTracks training and cross-train in other skill positions as needed
  • Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations
