Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work various shifts including mornings, midday, and evenings
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment serving guests
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies
- Basic physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple skill positions
- Basic math and money handling skills for cashier/host roles
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas including dining room and kitchen
- Assist in setting up buffet stations and ensure continuous replenishment of food items
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Participate in FastTracks training and cross-train in other skill positions as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations
