Job Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible schedules including mornings, middays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Willingness to undergo orientation and training programs
Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
No prior felony convictions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Prepare food items according to Golden Corral standards
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
Assist with buffet setup and replenishment
Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
Support team members through cross-training
Ensure excellent guest experience through attentive service
