Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass background check and comply with health and safety regulations
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple roles

Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods and food items according to Golden Corral recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet and dining areas
- Assist in setting up and replenishing buffet items efficiently
- Provide excellent guest service and address customer inquiries
- Operate cooking equipment such as grills and fryers safely
- Support catering and special event preparation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
