- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- minimum of one year leadership experience in restaurant retail or hospitality
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to work flexible shifts including day, night, evening and overnight
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to support team and management
