Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including day, night, evening, and overnight shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support restaurant team members during shifts
  • Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks
  • Monitor food quality and safety standards
  • Foster a positive team environment
  • Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks effectively
