Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • minimum one year of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including day, night, evening, or overnight
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
  • train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • support management in implementing company policies and standards

  • manage scheduling and shift coverage to optimize efficiency
  • address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • assist in inventory management and quality control
