Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Able to work flexible schedules including day, night, evening or overnight shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, or currently attending school
  • Enjoy working in a team environment to improve customer experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide training and mentoring to new and existing team members
  • Support management team in daily activities
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage scheduling and shift coordination
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
