Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • minimum 1 year leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • ability to work flexible schedules including day, night, evening or overnight shifts
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to support and motivate a team
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • at least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience
  • high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience or attending school
  • enjoy working in a team environment to help make everyone’s day better

Job Duties

  • supervise restaurant operations during shifts
  • provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
  • train and support team members
  • coordinate with management to achieve operational goals
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
  • manage staffing and scheduling on the floor
  • promote a positive and efficient work environment
