Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum one year of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience, or currently attending school
  • Ability to work flexible hours including night and weekend shifts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Train and develop team members to uphold high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Support management in meeting operational goals and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Assist in creating and managing employee schedules and shift coverage
  • Motivate and engage team members to foster teamwork and improve performance
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and operational challenges promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
