Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant leadership roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to regular and prompt attendance
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in shift lead, team lead, supervisor, assistant manager, catering manager, or kitchen manager roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and quality
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Excellent guest service orientation
- Knowledge of operational procedures and brand standards
- Capable of fostering teamwork and motivating staff
Job Duties
- Train and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and operational standards
- Enforce compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures and standards
- Monitor and improve service profit chain metrics
- Foster a positive and productive team culture
- Manage workstation operations efficiently
