Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in foodservice or fast food
  • Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the foodservice industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the cash register and kitchen production areas as needed
  • Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and adheres to safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the dining area and restaurant exterior
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Schedule and supervise staff shifts to optimize coverage and productivity
