Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in foodservice or fast food
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage the cash register and kitchen production areas as needed
- Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and adheres to safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the dining area and restaurant exterior
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Schedule and supervise staff shifts to optimize coverage and productivity
