- previous leadership experience in a food service or entertainment environment
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing for extended periods
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- enthusiasm for a fast-paced, high-volume work setting

Job Duties
- Support your team in delivering memorable Player experiences by resolving concerns quickly and ensuring service runs smoothly
- be a visible leader who sets the tone for energy, connection, and fun in every Player interaction
- provide day-to-day leadership by guiding Playmakers toward achieving performance targets
- monitor team execution, coach in real time, and handle operational tasks to keep the venue running efficiently
- foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability
- invest in Playmakers’ growth through feedback, motivation, and development opportunities
- ensure all Playmakers follow safety procedures, sanitation standards, and company policies
- lead with Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring creating a culture where Playmakers feel supported and Players receive an elevated, unforgettable experience
