Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- proficiency in both english and spanish preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties
- maintain superior standards throughout the customer journey including food preparation accurate order entry proper pizza boxing for dispatch maintaining a sanitary workspace fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- deliver an outstanding customer experience from prepping all ingredients to processing orders securely packaging pizzas for delivery or carryout upholding cleanliness standards ensuring all patrons have a great experience
- follow directions from assistant managers and shift leaders and report directly to the general manager
- work collaboratively with team members to support fast and efficient service
- ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- assist in training new team members as needed
