Job Requirements
- Being able to lift up to 50 pounds

- strong knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems
- intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products

- certifications such as A+ Dell Certified Technician Microsoft Office Specialist and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
Job Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for Applebee's Help Desk managing customer issues and providing specialized hardware and operating system assistance
- manage installation of PCs laptops printers and restaurant hardware ensuring network and system specifications are met
- oversee hardware installations maintain compatibility for credit card software and assist with software testing
- provide first-level support for Flynn Applebee's custom applications and maintain operational knowledge of unit closing routines
- manage the checklist for new restaurant openings including stock levels supplies and vendor repairs
- address first-level help desk calls for hardware issues and route advanced calls as necessary
- provide basic hardware support and repairs and keep abreast of LAN/WAN technology
