Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience in restaurant operations preferably in a hotel setting
- No schedule restrictions
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts 5 days per week or 10-hour shifts 4 days per week
- Ability to work between 6:00 AM and 1:00 AM
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead team members effectively

- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards

- Flexibility to work varying shifts between 6:00 AM and 1:00 AM
Job Duties
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
