Job Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred or equivalent technical training in food and beverage
- four years restaurant industry work including two years supervision preferred
- two years experience or certification in food preparation preferred

Job Duties
- Interviewing hiring and training employees for the department
- conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and development guidance
- reviewing and making recommendations on wage increases promotions or demotions
- planning supervising and monitoring work of team members
- supervising day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet
- controlling operations according to standards and guidelines
- ensuring safety and sanitation policies are followed and hazards eliminated
- monitoring food appearance and quality and communicating deviations
- preparing and coordinating performance reviews
- recommending hiring promotion demotion and release of personnel
- enforcing service standards and holding team members accountable
- modeling and inspiring company mission vision and values
- executing service recovery model proficiently
- coaching and developing team members effectively
- improving service breakdowns
- creating onboarding training experiences and updating training tools
- managing employee labor through scheduling and staffing
- reducing costs related to inventories and ordering
- training department trainers
- computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Excel
