Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the food outlet
- Spend at least 90% of time on the floor interacting with guests and coaching employees
- Ensure timely, friendly, and fast service by food and beverage employees
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to communicate relevant information to staff
- Delegate responsibilities and manage staff schedules to ensure seamless operations
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues
- Ensure cash register operations and funds security
- Foster positive team environment and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Handle employee discipline and enforce appearance and uniform guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments and management
- Support administrative responsibilities as needed
- Promote teamwork and recognize employee contributions
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high hygiene standards
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
