Job Requirements
- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire
- Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server's License
- Must pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require pre-employment and random drug screening
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent
- One year supervisory experience
- Two years experience in restaurant or food service
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate operational information
- Manage staff schedules to optimize staffing levels
