Job Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- must possess valid Bassett card
- must possess valid Food Handler's card
- must be able to work well under pressure
- must be able to accurately follow instructions both verbally and written

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least three years of customer service experience
- at least three years of food and beverage experience
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- banquet or catering experience preferred
Job Duties
- Work in conjunction with the hotel leadership team to ensure the restaurant accommodates all guests
- interact with restaurant guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service
- drive training, coaching, and mentorship of hourly employees
- follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing service
- supervise staff performance according to established standards
- monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- assist with training new hires
- promote team spirit and good morale
- lead by example in service technique and work ethic
- provide performance feedback to management
- organize and monitor staff attendance
- ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- maintain communication with leadership and staff
- assist other employees during absences or high volume
- maintain knowledge of company values
- perform administrative tasks
- maintain composure under pressure
- ensure efficient order flow from kitchen
- ensure order priority and quality
- assist in final plate presentation
- check dishes for accuracy and presentation
- deliver orders promptly
- communicate important information between kitchen and front of house staff
