Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proven multitasking skills under pressure
  • Basic technical proficiency with POS systems
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with staff, chefs, members and guests
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Basic technical skills and ability to troubleshoot POS systems and printers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Leadership skills with ability to make quick, effective decisions
  • Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Run the floor during service by managing staffing levels, interacting with members, addressing member disputes, observing and addressing overlooked issues, making real-time staffing adjustments
  • Actively assist on the floor during busy shifts and provide support to service staff
  • Accurately complete daily service reports to track revenue, staff performance, food quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with chefs to communicate daily specials clearly to the service team and maintain staff information board
  • Lead pre-shift meetings to prepare staff and align on daily specials and expectations
  • Oversee daily tip-out record tracker and ensure accuracy of tips with server sign-off
  • Update and maintain member dining credits tracker to preserve account integrity
  • Manage POS stations with manager access to handle special requests, troubleshoot issues, and enhance member experiences
  • Learn and troubleshoot Micros system and printers, contacting IT support as needed
