Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years restaurant supervision or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain Alcohol Awareness Certification
  • Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and alcohol
  • Proficient use of POS and inventory systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years restaurant supervision or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain Alcohol Awareness Certification
  • Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and alcohol
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in POS systems, Stratton-Warren inventory system, and office software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Professional appearance in dress and manner

Job Duties

  • Operate the restaurant in accordance with the resort's mission statement
  • Monitor restaurant operations to ensure compliance with standards and health regulations
  • Understand financial reports and apply information to improve operations
  • Implement prompt and courteous service in compliance with standards
  • Maintain proper staffing levels through recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
  • Monitor team members for service quality and take corrective actions
  • Prepare work schedules, delegate assignments, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Circulate through restaurant to coordinate team activities and guest service
  • Maintain a positive and approachable attitude with guests and staff
  • Inspect and monitor cleanliness and comply with safety and health codes
  • Greet and communicate with guests, resolving complaints and issues
  • Enforce all company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Communicate with food shift supervisors and team members
  • Facilitate repairs and maintenance
  • Manage documentation and email communications
  • Decrease costs through scheduling and waste management
  • Increase revenue through training and up-selling
  • Create and implement new operational ideas
  • Perform other assigned duties
