Job Requirements

  • Ability to work long hours
  • ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
  • ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
  • ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms
  • ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
  • must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license

Job Qualifications

  • Three years experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing and inventory control
  • ability to analyze and interpret operation results
  • ability to solve complex problems
  • ability to perform assigned duties under pressure
  • knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulation
  • ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment
  • accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner

Job Duties

  • Develop and assist in supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant
  • responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate the restaurant
  • develop servers, host, cashiers and utility staff including training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations
  • review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment
  • delegate authority and assign duties as necessary
  • review departmental status with Manager
  • develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
  • meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary
  • perform other duties as assigned
