Job Requirements
- Ability to work long hours
- ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
- ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

- must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license
Job Qualifications
- Three years experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing and inventory control
- ability to analyze and interpret operation results
- ability to solve complex problems
- ability to perform assigned duties under pressure
- knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulation
- ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment
- accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner
Job Duties
- Develop and assist in supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant
- responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate the restaurant
- develop servers, host, cashiers and utility staff including training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations
- review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment
- delegate authority and assign duties as necessary
- review departmental status with Manager
- develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
- meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary
- perform other duties as assigned
