Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Responsible for all food and beverage employees providing every guest with fast, friendly and timely service
- Interacts with guests during their supervisory shift to ensure service and food quality meet expectations and resolves issues promptly
- Monitors food quality, presentation, and service standards to maintain consistency and excellence
- Investigates and resolves guest complaints about food quality and service in a timely manner
- Engages guests with warmth and professionalism, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly
- Reinforces customer service skills taught in HR training courses and gathers guest feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensures clean and safe food and beverage areas for guests and employees
- Facilitates daily stand-up meetings by shift to communicate property information and ensure understanding
- Provides clear direction and support to team members fostering a positive and cohesive team environment
- Helps implement training programs and provides ongoing coaching to enhance staff skills and performance
- Delegates responsibilities ensuring efficient workflow and maximizing team productivity
- Sets performance expectations, conducts evaluations, and provides constructive feedback for improvement
- Addresses conflicts within the team promptly and maintains a harmonious work environment
- Manages staff schedules to optimize staffing and ensure seamless operations during peak periods
- Monitors service standards, protocol adherence, and overall guest satisfaction
- Ensures compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
- Monitors food and beverage product standards and maintains temperature logs
- Ensures safe handling of service equipment and reports mechanical problems
- Maintains and closes out cash registers on time and ensures backup kits are available
- Enforces proper security measures for safekeeping of funds
- Conducts daily stand-up meetings to distribute updates on changes, specials, promotions, and procedures
- Facilitates open communication and collaboration among team members
- Coordinates with other departments and management to resolve operational issues
- Ensures effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Completes assigned computer-assisted training timely
- Maintains punctual and regular attendance
- Provides immediate supervision to front line team members
- Sets business parameters and delegates day-to-day tasks
- Provides guidance, training, counseling, recognition, and ongoing feedback
- Assigns duties and sets performance expectations
