Job Requirements
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant
- Strong organization planning and team development skills
- Proficiency in Outlook Excel Word and Micros POS systems
- Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed
- College degree preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring all service standards are consistently met
- Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach
- Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way training certification materials and scenography standards
- Monitor dining times seating rotations and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations
- Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts
- Maintain accurate associate documentation performance reviews and REX/RAP evaluations
- Promote teamwork accountability and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching
