Job Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong organization planning and team development skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook Excel Word and Micros POS systems
  • Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed
  • College degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring all service standards are consistently met
  • Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach
  • Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way training certification materials and scenography standards
  • Monitor dining times seating rotations and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations
  • Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate associate documentation performance reviews and REX/RAP evaluations
  • Promote teamwork accountability and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching
