Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lead and train a dining room team
- Experience managing point of sale systems
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and compliance
- Open availability for varied scheduling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassion for elderly residents
Job Qualifications
- A big smile, eagerness to learn and compassion for residents
- Comfortable with technology
- Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
- College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
Job Duties
- Provide suggestions and implement ideas on improving the efficiency of service
- Maintain and manage the point of sale system
- Oversee front of the house labor and food presentation
- Ensure passing scores in state, local and third party sanitation audits and inspections
- Hire and train dining room employees under general direction of the Director of F&B
