Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front of house operations preferred
- Ability to work full time with schedule flexibility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards
- Must be able to pass state and local health inspections
Job Qualifications

- Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
- College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
Job Duties
- Provide suggestions and implement ideas on improving the efficiency of service
- Maintain and manage the point of sale system
- Oversee front of the house labor and food presentation
- Ensure passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections
- Hire and train dining room employees
- Lead and motivate dining room personnel to ensure excellent service
- Collaborate with Director of Food and Beverage to meet operational goals
