Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
  • standing or walking for the duration of the shift
  • possible exposure to second hand smoke and high noise volumes
  • flexible availability including days, evenings, events, holidays, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • One year related experience
  • superior organization and guest service abilities
  • basic math skills
  • computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
  • ability to deal with guest complaints using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations
  • no college degree required

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
  • ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
  • enforce all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
  • assist managers in training and development of team members
  • conduct team member-counseling sessions including corrective action reports
  • collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention
  • assist in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
  • greet guests positively and professionally
  • monitor guests' and team members' needs within assigned areas
