Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
- standing or walking for the duration of the shift
- possible exposure to second hand smoke and high noise volumes
- flexible availability including days, evenings, events, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- One year related experience
- superior organization and guest service abilities
- basic math skills
- computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
- ability to deal with guest complaints using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations
- no college degree required
Job Duties
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
- ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
- enforce all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
- assist managers in training and development of team members
- conduct team member-counseling sessions including corrective action reports
- collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention
- assist in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
- greet guests positively and professionally
- monitor guests' and team members' needs within assigned areas
