- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Supervise front-of-house restaurant and club operations during events
- Lead, coach, and support hourly service staff
- Assist with staff check-in, section assignments, and pre-shift communication
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
- Support inventory controls and report discrepancies to management
- Enforce Aramark standards for service, safety, and sanitation
- Collaborate with culinary teams and management for seamless service
