Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage service
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory role within full-service restaurants
  • Knowledge of beverage cost control and sequence of service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on leadership approach
  • Experience with Micros POS system is preferred
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Direct operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets
  • Supervise kitchen, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation staff
  • Train associates in proper food preparation, seasoning, presentation, and sanitation
  • Assist with writing schedules, evaluating associates, and personnel direction
  • Maintain open communication between management and associates
  • Write and present disciplinary actions
  • Provide necessary tools and equipment for staff
  • Take immediate action to resolve operational problems
  • Participate in staff, sales, and food and beverage meetings
  • Conduct monthly kitchen inventory
  • Ensure high quality and timely food service
  • Support food service and other hotel operation areas as needed
