Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality environment
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • familiarity with food and beverage POS and scheduling systems.

Job Duties

  • greet and acknowledge every guest ensuring outstanding guest service
  • ensure guest satisfaction scores meet or exceed goals
  • maintain favorable working relationships with all associates
  • perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines
  • attend meetings including BEO, staff, and food and beverage
  • analyze operation reports and financial statements
  • handle special projects and hotel-sponsored events
  • taste food and beverage products to ensure quality and consistency
  • develop and market food and beverage promotions
  • monitor food and beverage POS systems and cashier procedures
  • work job responsibilities of associates when needed
  • handle manager on duty responsibilities
  • control customer flow and front/back-of-house interactions
  • ensure team members maintain brand standards and service levels
  • handle all customer inquiries professionally
  • manage outlet scheduling and payroll
  • organize and conduct pre-shift meetings
  • maintain communication with departments and attend relevant meetings
  • monitor product quality and guest satisfaction
  • maintain profitability by controlling payroll and equipment costs
  • ensure par stock levels and coordinate inventory
  • support food and beverage operation including promotions and marketing
  • provide clean and safe environment by assisting with cleaning
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • follow safety and security rules and procedures
  • report unsafe conditions and accidents
  • maintain neat and professional appearance
  • assist other restaurant personnel as needed.
