Job Requirements

  • No formal education required
  • Minimum one year prep or cooking experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Must pass criminal and TSA background checks
  • Ability to read and interpret business rules and technical procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and teams

  • Ability to work safely in restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of specific areas of restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Ensure that restaurant is properly organized and staffed as designated by schedule
  • Oversee break rotation and delegation of tasks during both peak and non-peak periods
  • Train new crew members in their area of responsibility
  • Ensure service in all areas meets Fresquez standards for quality and cleanliness
  • Handle minor customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problems and reporting more serious complaints to management
  • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all cash accountability reports on assigned shift
  • Inform general manager promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by Fresquez management
  • Work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Maintain safety sensitive practices throughout shifts
