Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
  • Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Self-motivated, superior organization and guest service abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills
  • No college degree required

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
  • Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks
  • Assist managers in team member training and compliance
  • Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
  • Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area
